I Purchased several Groupon's to buy their cupcakes since November I've placed two orders, and my newest order is to arrive tomorrow, Easter Sunday. The last time I ordered in November, nobody ever called me back, and I never received my cupcakes, to reach the company Groupon it is virtually impossible because I buy so many Groupon's. I can't find the date. Do you have a credit on my credit card. I am hoping you order that I placed the middle of this week and everything. I've done to contact this company by emailing them without one confirmation and after trying to call them today March 30 several times and get the same voicemail. This person can't answer right now the same as it was in November got to be the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with and yes I may lose a couple hundred dollars but I'll tell you what I don't know how you can get so many stars your food must be good but your customer service at best is none. I hope somebody reads this and they get back to me. You have my name , and I'm certainly hoping that I get these cupcakes for my Easter party, but feeling the same uncertainty as before I have gone out and brought other things. I would never purchase anything from you again and I will get my money back from Groupon. Somehow I don't know if my words are strong enough how unprofessional ,
