Horrible bugs were on the wall, the food came out late and cold. The waiters were not properly trained on the menu and kept going back to the cooks to ask so unprofessional and the owner sent one of her cooks to tell me that she don’t talk to customers so rude and a bad look for our beloved black businesses.
WILL NOT BE BACK OR RECOMMEND EVER!

During my visit we experienced a very unorganized place. The waiter was unable to take our orders due to paying before your order is placed with the kitchen. It was just a big confusion on how to handle a large crowd. Several of our folks walked out. One of the waiters pants were sagging with underwear showing. We had very poor service. I will not return as well as pass the word of horrible service. One more thing the menu states 15% gratuity and they charged us 20%. What the hell.

Burgers were good but the fried potatoes were garbage, the waitress was very nice, it took an hour to get a burger, a little too long of a wait. They ran out of French fries and ranch dressing.

First delivery experience and it was horrible. Catfish didn’t come with a bed a rice. The mashed potatoes that I order as a side item was under the catfish instead of the rice.

Very good first experience with the food at this restaurant, with friendly service, though significantly noticeable wait time, requirement to repeat requests a couple of times, and the lack of range of desserts (only two) on this occasion.

Also appreciate conversation with the owner on this evening (1/7/2023).

Presentation and the taste of my food was excellent. I will visit again. The atmosphere was great too!

12/01/2021; First time to this establishment, Derrick, our waiter was kind, courteous, and made great recommendations! The gumbo = best locally, the catfish looked delish as well.
But, the topper was the sauce!!!!!!!! SUPERB!

I will return!

My palet is more sophisticated. I eat to taste was not please at all. But, it's just my opinion oh well in time things gets better.

Poor Quality Restaurant and Poor Integrity. I purchased greens, yams, dressing, and smothered chicken and was charged $31. However, $41 was debited from my account from Creole Soul. Each food item was put in a piece of foil and placed in a to go container instead of individual containers. I had a hard time finding a number to reach them. The only number I found went to voice mail. I left several messages and two weeks later have not heard from anyone. I hope you enjoyed my extra $10 that is the last money you will ever get from me.

Love this restaurant food was delicious I tried the étouffée shrimp and crawfish and it was wonderful also the nachos chicken and shrimp was very good the intimate setting was very warming!
