I ordered 2 hamburgers to-go. I requested one with mustard, pickles, and onions, and NO catsup. When I got home, the hamburger mentioned above had no mustard, pickles, or onions. Beside the meat, it only had catsup (the item I did not want.) A friend with 2 children has gone through the window twice, and yet to receive what she ordered. You won't see me around there.

I was in the drive thru and I ordered the kids meal hamburger. I told the lady in the drive thru, I wanted mustard & pickles only on the burger, she said ketchup? I said no, mustard and pickles only. between each time I would correct her, she would say just a second. (not one moment please). I received the meal and there's only ketchup on the burger. I had already spend almost 10 minutes in line. I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes in line for another burger. They guarantee hot fries. NOPE, mine were barely warm and they were busy, makes no sense to me. Very disappointed. Attention MANAGERS, DO NOT PUT A NEW EMPLOYEE TAKING ORDERS, WHEN THE DRIVE THRU IS BUSY. Put someone on the speaker that can take accurate orders - that will spend up your service and make happy customers. Not someone that is inexperienced (your employee will get frustrated and your customers). No napkins in the sack, every child needs a napkin!!! Very disappointed, I will think twice before I drive all the way across town to get a Wendy's hamburger. I would give it a 1 star, if I could.
