I didn't have the fish today, although it looks fabulous. Today was my first time at the Gofman's Grille and it did not disappoint. I had the beef brisket - moist and so full of flavor. The cole slaw was outstanding. A little kick but not too much - it was the perfect blend of flavors. I lived in Texas awhile and rarely find good brisket - but Gobman's Grille met the mark.
