Worst food ive ever order at any Chipoltle brand. A young man picked up the phone after calling the store directly and said i should use the online system when I'd rather speak with a live person. Only to take my order after excuses and apprehension to completely screw it up.... not sure how hard a chicken Burrito with double meat no onions, white rice and cheese is... Honestly it's sad I've been to this restaurant numerous times. Every time, it's a bunch of teenage children screwing around as a hang out rather than learning work, learning ethics, and customer service. All things in this line of work you should know. As a big corporate chain, I'm shocked they would allow such bad management with zero adult supervision. I've been a big supporter of the brand however I would rather drive to another location or eat dirt then go to this establishment again. With how it's ran, and the service i received. I ended up throwing my order in my back yard as I'm allergic to onions yet were put on my food anyways ... Horrible representation of a brand. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION! No wonder it's got a 2.5 rating.... as it's that much of a joke
