My family and I had a terrible time at Mango Mike’s. It took 20 minutes for us to be seated. We were then told that the hostess would be our server and we would be her first table. 15 minutes to get drinks. 30 minutes to get our food. I ordered wings teriyaki flavor. When I tasted them they were spicy hot. I sent them back and just asked that they be taken off my bill. The hostess/waitress offered a salad but by this time our 3 toddlers were getting tired. I declined the salad. When she brought our check she brought a salad. I told her I was ready to pay the check and did not order a salad. She went to ask a “manager” what to do. This woman came to our table very angry and told. me she had already put the salad on my ticket. The manager was on the phone asking someone what she should do. She then said I ordered a salad. I said I did not. The powerless manager should have removed it from my check. Because our children were tired I just took the salad and paid for it. This restaurant is very under staffed and the “manager” needs a lesson in etiquette. I will never go back to this place or recommend it.
