If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First, I've eaten here a total of 4 times, and each previous visit provided excellent service and food. This past Saturday, May 5th, I went to dine at Texas de Brazil with my family. There were 6 of us, including one child. The service we received was horrible; the waiter needed to be trained better on customer service and courtesy he was rude, lacked product knowledge and only seemed interested in servicing half of the table. Epic failure on everything from the drink orders being placed correctly o the meat servers making frequent rounds as requested was horrible. When we brought this to his attention, his response was, " I don't know what's going on" he was asked to make sure the meat servers visited us with steaks, and 20 min later, no one had visited our table. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating dining experiences we had ever had due to the horrible service we received.
