Paid Jeff's Curbside for catering, had a scheduled time to pick up and 2 hours past the scheduled pick up the food was still not ready. We couldn't wait any longer as we had a 9 hour drive ahead of us. He promised a refund. It's been 7 days - no refund, won't answer calls, texts etc. After reading other reviews it seems this is a common problem.

Delicious, made to order cuisine. Generous portions. Everything was extremely fresh. Order early or you might have to wait.

I ordered food around 2 pm with an agreed upon pick up time of 5:30. I arrived to the establishment a few minutes prior to 5:30. By 5:50 I still did not have my order and there two other customers still waiting in front of me. The owner did not offer any apologies for my wait and did not reach out prior to my pick up time to let me know he was behind on orders. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal either except for the fact that the waiting area in the business didn't even have seating. This service is frankly unacceptable and better communication about the order being late would have gone a long way. I likely won't be back to this business.

His food is wonderful. My favorite is the Cajun chicken pasta.
