I wanted some Good Food and it was simply awesome from start to finish the meat melt in your mouth and lumpia was perfect!

I've come here to order to go 2x including this past Saturday most recently and both times, it's been super stellar in every way: ordering, wait times, communications, service, courteousness, happiness, variety, portions, quality of ingredients, cooking skill, and interior design.

Both times, I ordered an order I've memorized due to its deliciousness: beef tapa, beef calendreta, pork abodo, and Simpol Mechado. I could eat it everyday, though the saturated fat content could force exercise.

I both times ordered by phone called 30m in beforehand. There's barely a wait time in store since they're timely and accurate with estimates when you order having felt their insistence on the phone about freshness. Their communications through any contact is gentle and complete, it's a big boost to customer confidence. You can tell the staff are happy and inhabit a fun good vibe they're enjoying. Their menu variety representing the vast array of culinary traditions that are the Philippines. Portions are huge, and I say it without metaphor, exaggeration, or qualification, I need to photograph it next time as I typically just dive straight in with my family. My family are all individually keen on the quality of ingredients and Plain & Simpol passes their snuff totally. One can totally see the staff doing their trade with a fully wide open kitchen. Their interior design is spartan but super duper clean and clearly spic and span standards.

I can't wait to get back to Plain & Simpol in likely 2-4 weeks' time. Thanks to all their staff and owners for all they do for us customers.
