I went there for dinner with two other adults, an eighteen month old, a four year old and a six year old. The establishment says this constitutes a group and charged an 18% gratuity to my bill. This bothered me so much that I called after arriving home and spoke with the manger, Ed. He said because people don't normally tip, they have enforced this. Kids meals are $6.99, how does this qualify? Ed danced around my question so I asked to speak to the owner. Ed said I could call this number back and speak with "her" so I asked him if "her" had a name. He put me on hold, then came back with the name Maggie. I told him that I could Google this for accuracy, he got offended and told me he was ending the call and hung up on me.

They also have a sign upon entering the establishment that says, "No refunds on food or beverages," which should have been a red flag.
