This place has gone downhill. I placed an order today that I picked up and they forgot something from my order. I have a baby so it's not easy to just jump in the car and go pick it up so I called and asked if they would be able to give me a credit. I go there every weekend. The host that answered asked someone and came back and said because it is complimentary. 😮 What! I paid for it and I then asked for the manager Doug can on and asked me what I wanted I told him credit for the toast. He said no he could not do that because it's complementary and I ask how If it's in the price I paid and part of my order. He said well what you are asking for we can't do and continued to raise his voice. I asked to talk to who he reports to he said there is not one he is the Boss and what I asked for he would not to and continued to get louder. I called their Algonquin location and it turns out there have been MANY complaints on this manager DOUG and can't believe he still works there. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this place and so sad to see their service experience go down the drain. Disappointed customer!
