Great service and good food!

Last night I arrived to get a take out order for dinner. My husband ordered a meatball parm sandwich and I ordered a chicken steak sandwich with fried onions and mushrooms. The woman at the counter told me I have to walk back to the bar to place my order. She could see that I am handicapped and walking with a cane. I asked her to get a Manager and she said they did not gave one in the store. A man named Rick appeared. We spoke and I explained that last time I came in for a take out order I could not walk to the back and he accompanied me by having someone take my order. Since they can't take money or credit cards at the front she had to walk back to the bar for my transaction. I repeated 2 times that am allergic to beef. Upon arriving at home I found a BEEF sandwich and NO mushrooms or onion which I paid extra for. When I called the store a man identified himself as John Tallman. I explained my issue and he said "I am ONLY an investor, call the store" and gave me the same # that I called. He hung up on me. I called again and Rick answered and offered me a credit or replacement. I asked for another sandwich and now, cane in hand and raining outside went back and got another sandwich and NO ONIONS or MUSHROOMS. Only 1 booth was occupied so they were not busy. I wanted eggs benedict but they only gave waffles and pancakes during the day but advertise breakfast ALL DAY. Music is alwats blasting. Went there another time at 4:00, nobody else in dining room. My cup of soup was luke warm and husband's turkey club took 25 minutes. No Mgr. was there either. Minella's in Wayne is much better.
