Just had a horrible experience with a bald guy that is a manager. After reading other 1 star comments, he has been called out on here for being rude and unprofessional. I ordered pick up online. It said 30-40 min and i thought ok thats kinda long but maybe it'll be made early and I don't want my salad just sitting there so I got there at 12:28. I told the cashier that I was here to pick up an order just so he knew I was there even if it wasn't ready.

He told me to hold on a second and went to see where my order was on the line where they make food. The manager comes over and asks the cashier what time it was and Instead of saying “it’ll be a little longer or a few more minutes” he snapped at the cashier, through his hands up and said “psh we still got 20 minutes and rolled his eyes.” Hm ok. So i went and sat down. The cashier was very kind and I feel bad or him for having this guy as a manager.

I sat down for 10 minutes and proceeded to watch this guy and everyone else get served in line. This guy was going to wait till the last possible minute to make my order. I would understand if this guy was more respectful and actually spoke to me but he didn't. He also had 5-6 people on the line making things. I went up to the cashier and asked to cancel my order. He had to get this manager to open the till and he didn't even look at me or say anything to me. The cashier apologized, not even the MANAGER apologized. The guy making minimum wage for this jerk is acting more like a manager.

Please don't support abusive and unprofessional work places. Don't put money in this guys pocket so he can continue to be rude and disrespectful to him patrons.
