My first experience was highly disappointing. I placed an order to go. It took nearly 40 minutes longer to prepare than the time I was given on the phone(15-20mins). Then, three of my eight rolls were not provided in the food that was sent home with my husband (who didn’t know what I ordered). I called the restaurant upon finding the missing rolls. The manager told me he confirmed with the sushi chef that he (the manager) made a mistake and didn’t send that bag with us. He said he would give us a credit to the restaurant, but did not know how to refund the amount to our card. So he ended up calling me back saying he figured out how to refund the amount. Meanwhile, after 40 minutes of driving, an hour and a half of waiting, I’m left scrambling to figure out dinner for my family after what I presumed would be a decent sushi dinner.
