My first experience with I ❤ Mac N Cheese was two nights ago. I downloaded the app like the website required to place my order online. ordering went seamlessly and I was given notification my meals would be ready at 625 pm. I wait in my car until 625 and then go into the store. 10 minutes later (after no one greeted me at the pick up counter) I wave someone down to say can you please check on my order as it was supposed to be ready at 625. I see some scrambling and am told they are working on it now. I continue to see the in line dining line come and go and people come in to pick up online orders for another 20 minutes and my meal is still not ready. I am finally greeted by someone who when asked says they are a manager. I am then informed that my order was supposed to be an 1 hour wait but it didn't update online!!! I am offered a drink and 3 bite sized cookies for my wait. At 705, I am handed my bag (40 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready)!!! When I get home part of my order is missing!!!! I call the restaurant and leave a message for the owner to call and have yet to receive a call. I also sent corporate a message and have yet to receive a response. Additionally, my kids hated the original Mac and cheese. WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY (OR TIME)!!!
