We loved the new MQ concept. We've been fans since the pandemic in late 2020 but they are even better now in 2024 !
Update to my first review :
Use QR code inside dinning or drive lanes and we were not allowed to TIP !! OMG what a concept for Fast Healthy options - with inflation this WAY helps our budget of a family of five .

The MQ is back even better ! Super easy to order with fast QR codes and did I say NO TIPS !! For fast casual dinner in the Bay Area ? Best deal of the century near SFO / down town Millbrae's el Camino Real .

Use the QR codes at drive through also to order Beet or Kate smoothies! Ready in 3 minutes!!

MQs is a family Restaurant started in November of 2021 and is getting better & better every year ! I love their nutritional smoothies in 2024 ! Kale or Beet ) # 1

Prices are very reasonable vs Burlingame or San Bruno and they also do a great crispy chicken meal box that's under 12 $ !!

We are SO delighted to see them open up seven days a week now post Covid ! ( now open Mondays !!! ) This was always our night out and was hoping they would open seven days per week .

We see expanded menu and early opening times at 7 am . They are only of the few favorite spots that has emerged from the pandemic even better and with better service.

Across from Safeway shopping and tons of free parking .
Hats off to the staff !

Omg wow! This restaurant is amazing. Inside the restaurant is completely redone with upscale dining, relaxing music and up-and-beyond customer service, even the owner is working. The food has high quality ingredients and cooked to a perfection.

MQ sit down Restaurant and it's Fast Food lanes certainly the best thing that happened in Millbrae since the closure of Cafe Roma in late 2022 .

My favorite is the orange coffee and lemon Chicken plates with forbidden rice , vegetables.

Not many choices that are this fresh near SFO .
In a ocean of fast food or Chinese Food in this town . This place is a gem ! Basic menu with real vegetables and ingredients that are Four or Five star quality at fast food prices .

We have visited three times since their grand opening and it keeps getting better .

This is a new restaurant that has a drive though menu and social distance seating in the garden patio.
Oh and did I say - Heathy affordable Fast foods ! We liked the brunch on weekends starting at 9 am till about 1 pm . Try the steel cut oats with fresh fruit and walnuts or the huge omelettes with veggies.

Our Families #1 favorite is MQs Lunch Box with 12 hour marinated lemon Chicken. A few heathy vegan chooses and organic plates on their lunch and dinner menu till 830pm on weekends.

Great prices and a good value !
