I never had brisket before and I thought it was amazing. And i don't like smoked food much but i thought it was extremely good. Very tender and a lot of flavor. Definitely a once a month purchase at the very least. And the macaroni,sweet potato fries and the corn bread that i had with it was a great match. Those items also had a lot of flavor. It is a MUST TRY!!!
