The Asian chef at the restaurant impressed me with the flavorful 葱油饼 (pancake) and delicious duck. While I would prefer a bit less sauce, the use of herbs in the dishes was spot on. The bar at the hotel offers a fantastic old fashioned and manhattan made with Woodford Reserve, served by attentive bartenders in a lovely environment.
