Since moving to Arizona from the Midwest, I've been looking for good Mexican food. There are a few restaurants that are pretty good, but I wanted REAL, AUTHENTIC, Mexican food. Along came Charros Mexican Food. I can't begin to express my, and my family's satisfaction. My wife and our five kids absolutely loved the carry out food that I took home from the Charro "food truck." Not only is the food wonderful, Erica (the chef/owner) is so friendly and genuine and the kitchen is spotless! I found Charros quite by accident, parked at the Tractor Supply off Cotton near Greenway. I ordered no less than five different entrees and each one was outstanding, and indeed, authentic. Two thumbs up for Charros Mexican Food. Can't wait for next Saturday!
