This bodega deserves more attention because it's conveniently located just down the street from my house and has been my go-to for years. The sandwiches, especially the chop cheese and chicken bacon on a hero, are absolutely delicious, though the wait can be a bit long-perhaps adding another staff member could speed things up. The owner and his wife are incredibly friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience, and it's the first place I hit when I get off the bus in Yonkers.
