Pecan pie at Thanksgiving was exquisite. The way it is meant to be - - chock-full of crunchy pecans. Not filled with a sugary syrup concoction and only topped with pecans. Outside of New Orleans and Savannah, i've never tasted this pie in its authentic form. Now available in Chicago from Hasmonek's Bakery.
