I absolutely loved Beardslee Castle! My wedding there was a vegan dream come true, with exceptional food and service that made the whole experience a breeze. The castle's unique charm and beautiful surroundings truly made it a standout dining destination worth the drive.

We couldn't get a table for easter so made the trip a week later. As always enjoyed wonderful service (steph and leeanne?) and an amazing dinner. We've been going to the castle for 10 plus years and it never dissapoints. Obvious they're doing it right. Thanks beardslee!!!!! See u soon!

I ate here twice, first time was horrible French fries and fish dinner was so greasy and crunchy. My kids ordered chicken tenders and they were over cooked as well as their fries. I thought maybe it was just by chance and we got a night where the fryer was dirty, so husband and I tried again in the upstairs dining hall and the food was overlooked and smelled terrible. No stars. I could find better restaurants elsewhere.
