Recently, I discovered this charming little bakery in Bend, OR. Named Sparrow, this place exudes a trendy vibe that's so Pacific Northwest, it practically screams "hipster paradise." The caterpillar shortbread cookies, when paired with a classic soy latte, created a flavor explosion that I didn't see coming. While the prices were a tad steep, the heavenly taste made it a worthwhile indulgence that left me craving more.
