Crossing the Southern Tier on Route 86 in 2004-2005, I often noticed smoke rising by the roadside and finally stopped to experience some of the most tender, slow-cooked Cornell-style BBQ chicken with a perfect vinegar and spice sauce, accompanied by irresistible salt potatoes and tangy four-bean salad, meals so good I've driven hours just to enjoy them again and again.

Disappointed with the chicken ...burnt on outside...dry and still pink on the inside...wouldn't recommend it...
