Place dirty. Dust everywhere dirt stains on Jacuzzi and shower. Jacuzzi did not work. Toilet constantly running not properly flushing. Will go to Riveredge next time

I ate here and got food poisoning.

save your money not worth long trip. asked for handicap room toilet had bars but tub did not. unable to get to restaurant with scooter. hills to steep. many potholes on property. will never stay again.

Considering the dramatic decline in vacationers the 1000 island region is experiencing; one would think good service should be a top priority. If you decide to dine at Bonnie castle; some things should be take. Into consideration...... If you are not dressed to impress and have children; aka if your a normal family; do not expect good service. This was a place my parents took me since I was a little girl. The new management has completely ruined it. When arriving to the main dining room "fine dining" it was politely suggested we go done in their "sports bar area" . Thru the window I notices guest come and go in the fine dining area before I even had an appetizer in the "bar area" . An hour after ordering we were Told by our waitress; "I apologize our dining room is full tonight". Moral of story; new ownership changed this place for the worse and I will never come back!!!
