On a recent Friday night in April, I visited a small restaurant for a one-man show. Despite the standard menu offerings, including a decent burger and maple chipotle wings, the location near the water lent a pleasant atmosphere to the experience. While the service from our waitress left much to be desired, the attentive management, particularly Jared, went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure we had an enjoyable evening. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and improvement in service quality have convinced me to give them another chance in the future.
