I love JJs diner! They’re always so friendly and nice and go the extra step to satisfy your needs/wants. JJ is a great chef and a great hard working man. It’s always a pleasure eating there or just calling ahead to place an order for pick up! All the food is great! Food is fresh and cooked perfectly and the prices are right also!

03/27/2022 - Horrible customer service and experience
This is very sad as a customer for the past 2 years for my family to be treated in the manner that we were today .
My husband called in a order and it will be ready in 20 mins my husband waited the owner decide to take 20 other people who just walked in the door then my husband who being waiting patient for 15 to 20 mins for a pick up order that was sitting there out in the open . The owner didn't even care about us as paying customers and the food is now cold after 30 mins and me and 6 month old baby waiting in car and my is diabetic this is how you get treated by this business unless he knows you by your name or family . This isn't right for a regular customer to be treated in this manner or customer. Very poor customer service and the Owner jj didn't care about his actions.
