Having moved from Rochester to NYC, I find Brownstein's bagels unmatched anywhere I've tried, with their perfect NY-style bagels, outstanding sandwiches, friendly service, and authentic kosher deli offerings that make me wish they had more locations and longer hours despite their current limited curbside schedule.

After moving to NYC from Rochester, I've tried several bagel shops, but none come close to Brownsteins. The olive rosemary bagel with olive pimento cream cheese was a standout, and the service was friendly despite the long lines. I'm thrilled to discover that they're still operating, offering curbside service and some of the best bagels I've ever had!

New York style bagels are 15 to the dozen and are awesome! Sandwiches are huge and are kosher; so no cheese on the meat. You can put it on when you leave store. Try the chicken salad. It is the best in town.
No credit or debit cards. Cash or check only.
