I recently tried to have a friend order a meal for me through the drive-thru in Potsdam, NY. I have agoraphobia and could not go. I saw a bundle deal online and asked that he order it. The manager refused the order at first because it needed a number due to being a coupon. I found the # and it was told to him. He refused the order again because he wanted to see it on the phone. I called him. I asked how my food could be ordered. Due to not being there, he said I cannot place the order. He was uncooperative and would not attempt to find a way for resolution. He was rude. Due to poor customer service at this time and two past times, I said I don't think I can stay with them as a customer. He said, "That's your choice." The district manager is not returning calls, as is the same as the last complaint. The Potsdam restaurant has very poor customer service.
