Croissants are to die for...and they may cost the family inheritance to buy them. $8 for a chocolate croissant! Ouch!!! Still, they taste just like ones we got in Italy (for half the cost). The ham and gouda croissants are excellent, too. Just under $9 each.
And I've had their Thanksgiving croissant (turkey, cranberry, etc.), mind blowingly good.

Needless to say they've priced themselves out of a regular customer, so it's just an occasional treat (once a month or less).

Other items are also good, but many of them are too sweet...and also pricey. By all means, go and enjoy, just make sure to pay your mortgage first!

I discovered an incredible restaurant that serves the most delicious dishes I've ever tasted. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for an unforgettable meal.

One would think you would have to speak French to get a croissant this good. When you step in the doorway of this unassuming exterior, you'll immediately see that it is Big City grade ovens, display cases, quality and always really patient service from behind the counter. Trust me, I've spent plenty of time in big cities in the US and abroad to appreciate how fortunate we are to have this quality here in Casper Wyoming. We are gluten-free, and certainly appreciate the multiple selections available fresh every day, but everything we get for friends without dietary restrictions is met with rave reviews. Their cream puffs are bucket list grade. Artisan donuts beat the mass produced stuff that comes in on a truck any day. Their cookies and bars are really large and thick and worth every penny and every nibble. We think it's better to share one of their items at Windy City then to buy a large box of so much inferior and less satisfying pastries from the commercial outlets. We say, save all your indulgence 'points' for this place.
