I initially went to Conklin Deli for a sandwich, but their impressive selection of Spanish dishes caught my eye instead. After battling through some tricky parking, I dove into a delicious meal featuring flavorful shrimp and a surprisingly amazing zucchini and cheese dish. The food was fresh and satisfying, and with such a variety available, I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their offerings.
