I found myself in an unfamiliar area, but knowing about La Carida's reputation from other locations, I decided to give it a try. Although it was morning and I couldn't have my usual roast pork with rice and beans, the pancake sandwich with bacon and sausage was a delightful alternative. The service was excellent, and the flavors of the Dominican cuisine really shone through. If you're in search of authentic Dominican food, La Carida is the place to go for a satisfying meal experience.
