The pizza is great, the Carnival seafood special pasta is a favorite, the calamari is amazing if eaten in-store, the front fast-casual area offers friendly and efficient service with large portions that often result in leftovers, the $26.50 Monday and Wednesday dinner deals provide excellent value with many entree options including pasta fagolia or a huge salad, wine, coffee, and dessert, the food is consistently delicious with light yet rich tomato sauces and perfectly al dente pasta, the eggplant dish with sauce and no cheese is sublime, the full bar and personable management add to the experience, prices are a bit high but reasonable given inflation, the bread basket and homemade mozzarella sticks set the tone for a wonderful meal, attentive service accommodates allergies, chicken francese was perfectly cooked with incredible sauce, the ambiance is nice and the restaurant suits intimate gatherings and family events with impeccable service and high-quality food, takeout options like eggplant Parmesan and lasagna are excellent with large salads and garlic bread, the atmosphere is welcoming without being overcrowded, and after decades of visits, the food and staff remain terrific despite occasional variability in certain dishes.
