Caruso's in Riverhead offers more than just delicious pizza - their lunch and dinner entrees are prepared to perfection! The fish and seafood here are always fresh, and the wine selection is quite impressive. The friendly and efficient staff create a welcoming atmosphere that makes dining at Caruso's a true pleasure.
