I have driven past this establishment many times, but today I decided to stop. I called in my order and it took about 15 minutes for them to get it ready (pretty good on the timing).

I ordered Pernil with yellow rice and black beans, a side order of Manduros, and a side order of Tostones with the garlic sauce.

Haven eaten Pernil from just about every restaurant in town, this was the absolute best! OMG! Great taste, not dry, and flavorful. The black beans were a great complament to the yellow rice, and the garlic sauce was perfect on the Tostones. The Manduros were nice and ripe (just how I like them).

The portions were on the large size so my wife and I split this meal between us. After the meal, we were stuffed, with plenty of leftovers.

I am definitely returning to this great establishment, and would recommend this to all my friends and family.
