I recently visited a kolache shop and was impressed with the decent selection available around noon on a weekend. The staff member was incredibly sweet and patient, helping me redeem my free kolaches and select a few more flavors to enjoy on my road trip. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I ended up savoring my sausage and gravy, pizza, sausage and cheese, and cream cheese kolaches before reaching my destination.
