Prolly the worst experience I have had at Dana's I feel like Dana was pretty fake after speaking to her and hearing comments about me. I ordered a hurricane with Cheesecake and M&Ms and 1 shake, and 1 order (which was 3 scoops in one order per the blonde associate then you could add an extra scoop for a $1). My Total was over $29, so I questioned the total since I only ordered 3 items. I asked the gentleman to just give me a breakdown and he did it without an issue. I explained what I ordered and he was very respectful and helped me get it corrected not a problem, but the blonde employee got super offensive about the cookie dough refund and she said I wanted 3 orders with an extra scoop (which we asked how many scoops come in an order and she said 3, so that's why I ordered that way). I could hear her making a comment when the gentlemen was helping me that it wasn't her fault and kept saying that I said 3 orders. So we get our Ice creams and I am pretty sure they gave me the wrong hurricane since the blonde handed it to me and said m&m hurricane, did I complain nope, I just let it be. As we were leaving the Brunette associate just keep staring at me and giving me a dirty looks as she was holding an ice cream that no one claimed. So I just slightly questioned if I got the correct item. So I just called to ensure I received the right items and I spoke to Dana who was not at the store. I explained what happened and she made a comment that she had a younger crew tonight and she was not up there but she would follow up with them. Being someone who has worked in management I would not expect my employees to say comments like that in front of customers, regardless of who is right. There will not be a next trip for me and I will not support a business who takes complaints as a joke since I clearly was an inconvenience to the business. So basically in other words customers can't confirm there total without basically just getting accused of wanting money back/refund. What's worse is I wouldn't have to confirm my total if there were prices on there menu. I will be sure to tell all my family and friends not to support your business.
