My husband and I hadn't been to Catherines in about 10 years. At that time we found the food to be delicious. On Nov 20 we revisited for our anniversary. For appetizers my husband ordered the octopus salad. It tasted of vinegar. Neither if us enjoyed that. I ordered the warm goat cheeses salad that advertised grilled pears. The salad was good except they forgot to include the pears. For entres I ordered shrimp with crab meat and risotto with corn. I was given four shrimp and a huge bowl of risotto . The risotto was raw (hard). I didn't eat the risotto. .the waitress deducted $8 from my meal so I paid $20 for four shrimp. The meal was so disappointing . I will not recommend Catherines to any of my friends. The menu online is different than in the restaurant so are the prices. The saddest part of this experience was that I was anticipating going there for months.

Excellent service but food was not good. I ordered Southern fried chicken which was under cooked. My wife ordered a steak salad which had little or no blue cheese in salad. Daughter had hamburger on stale bun. Portions were to large. Presentation and plating needs to be worked on.
