Great food, fun atmosphere, service was good!

This was an amazing food truck. Great food and quality. They have just found a restaurant to make themselves a home. Excited to try it, we waited a bit to let them shake out the bugs. Going to dinner we found it bustling and thought a great restaurant was born. Unfortunately, that was not what we found, instead, we found untrained staff, and food brought out at different times. One of us had their famous Pastie and it was undercooked and sad. We had a pulled pork sandwich that was hunks of meat, they didn't pull very hard. And the jerk chicken with Sysco coleslaw was dry and just not the same. I fear they have taken on too much, I understand they are still catering with the food truck. Possibly the owner was not in last night and that was why everything was just bad, or running a restaurant is nothing like running a food truck. I like the prices but I can not see them making money charging $3.00 for a Molson beer. Unless they find their footing this is a short lived operation. I will wait a few months before I try it again if it is still open. For now, I recommend waiting before you try it.
