I'm a huge fan of the food at this Chinese spot. Ever since my old go-to place shut down, I've found solace in the delicious offerings at Chang Ying. The only hiccup I encountered was a mix-up with my order one time, but I made sure to double-check everything next time. Despite occasional delays during busy hours, the quality of the food here is definitely worth the wait.
