Growing up visiting my grandparents in New York every summer and winter, I've come to appreciate this cozy diner with its friendly staff and quick service. The food hits the spot-whether it's a veggie omelette, a bagel and lox, or one of their finely chopped mish salads-and I love that they make everything just the way you like it. Though parking can be tricky near the train station and the decor feels a bit dated, the warm atmosphere and hometown vibe keep me coming back whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

Every summer and winter, I make it a point to visit my grandparents in New York. They never fail to warmly welcome me and my family, and the delicious food adds to the charm of the place. The outdoor seating under the tent is a thoughtful touch, ensuring a comfortable dining experience in any weather. Although the service was good overall, I couldn't help but notice a slight discrepancy in the pricing of my tea, which was the only drawback during an otherwise enjoyable meal.
