Chen's Garden serves up delicious Chinese food with a friendly staff, bringing back memories of 1980's NYC takeout.

This is an inexpensive neighborhood carryout store (some tables available for the lunchtime crowd) that's open late, and will deliver (not always).
The daily lunch specials are veritable bargains and many times the office has called in orders for everyone for me to pickup. About half their client base is Latino, and the mix of Spanish and Chinese is hard for me to follow. Yet I don't think they've ever got an order wrong for me. After eight years I still go there for carryout
