Words don't do justice... but I will try. We ordered a pizza, cheesy bread and wings at 8:30. At 9:30 we called and were told twenty minutes. At 10 we called and were told twenty minutes. We said we would come and pick them up. We asked if our pizza would be cold. We were told "we have technology that will keep it warm."
I went down to pick up our food. The woman at the cashier made me wait ten minutes without acknowledging my presence. She then took ten minutes to find my order. The "warming technology" they spoke of was a stainless steel shelf. Everything was Antarctic cold. I then asked to have the $1.50 delivery fee refunded. She said she couldn't. I asked to speak to the manager. She stared at me blankly for 5 minutes, tried to take back my pizza, and then offered me a 25 cent coke as compensation for both my time and for my $1.50. I used what was left of my calm to exit the building, barely with my frozen pizza, and without any sorry or anything for my wasted time or my stolen $1.50.
If you have any other options use them. If this place remains open it should be re-staffed immediately. If the owners care about staying in business they should think about maybe considering what their customers care or feel.
I will never order from this establishment again.
