We just had a disappointing experience at Southern Scoops due to the staff being a bit rude, but the overall atmosphere was nice. We enjoyed some ice cream outside as a family and found the place to be super cute and clean. The owners, who are Cuban, warmly welcomed us and made the visit even better with their friendliness.
