China Inn Kitchen in the Plainview-Bethpage area is my go-to for delicious Chinese takeout. The food is consistently tasty and fresh, especially the chicken wings, boneless spareribs, and shrimp & broccoli. I appreciate the generous lunch special portions and the fact that credit cards are accepted. Overall, it's one of the best Chinese spots on Long Island, despite a minor hiccup with the Lo mein and General Tso chicken.
