If you order fresh it's a decent bakery but if you walk in to buy from the case the stuff tastes days old, super hard and gross. I've tried them three times now over the counter purchases and pitched them all into the trash, too stale to be edible. Half the time they have young kids answering the phone or working the register. Once I was in there in Owosso and the owner was letting their son skateboard or roller skate around their old location which would have been no issue if there hadn't been a line of customers. Not cute to say the least. I also heard the staff doesn't receive tips given during purchases, all tip money goes to fund the owners "charity" - if that's true they should make that clear. Considering the price for the quality I'd rather drive to Mary's Cakery at this point.
