I was surprised to see those bad reviews, about customer service and the owner. I go to OOTB weekly and have had excellent service every time for over a year One minor complaint I've had is sometimes the music is annoying, either too loud or music with words. The latter surprises me because people go there to visit and chat. The acoustics aren't great and that combined with words in the overhead makes it difficult to carry on a conversation. But it is a very upscale, modern shop with helpful, cheerful staff. Highly recommended

After receiving very poor customer service we requested to speak to the manager/owner who responded with very a unprofessional and rude attitude. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Came here for lunch with my family. We were given a number to set at our table and were told they would bring it to us. 15-20 minutes go by and all the people around us that came after us had their food delivered to their tables. So finally we go up to the counter and our food was just sitting there, cold. And they said they called our number but no one came. Again, they told us they would bring the food out. So we carried our food back and as we did that they delivered food to the people next to us. We talked to the manager(owner I believe) about this on the way out, she said they're short staffed which I understand. She did not say sorry. She got pissed off and defensive and then asked me sarcasticly and rudely if I wanted a job. I have never been spoken to so rudely at a business. Who supports that business??...people like me who live in this town. That was unbelievably rude. I'm shocked she behaved like that. Don't support this business! I'm telling everyone I know about this and also people I don't know. Spread the word.
