Ciro's in East Meadow is a classic spot that never disappoints. The Sicilian and Buffalo Chicken Ranch pizzas are a must-try, always leaving me satisfied. The staff is friendly and the food is consistently delicious - it's a go-to for me and my family whenever we're in the area!

I never go to Ciros even though it is so close to me because they are always very unfriendly and the pizza is okay, nothing special. But I was in a bind today and went there. Not only we're they unfriendly as usual but it was $10 for 1 specialty slice and a grandma. That is ridiculous. Don't go here if you're looking for good food, good service or fair prices.
