I was very stoked to try the Soda Retreat as I have seen many positive reviews about it, but when I arrived, I was swiftly let down. When this lady approached me at the window, I was thoroughly fed up. She was very rude and disrespectful and seemed to think she was above me. I am not sure of her name but she had short hair and a she/they pin, which is great because I personally love the LGBTQAI++ community but she really gave us a bad first impression and it quite frankly hurt my heart. I know that people work so hard to give our community a good name and people like that hurt our reputation and I was so fed up that I could not even stay at the Sofa Retreat. I had to say a prayer when I left the Soda Retreat in my car because of how torn my heart was. This business did seem to be good, but my impression was slightly damaged by my poor experience. I do hope to return one day though and I hope I will have a better time
