Does this restaurant have new cooks? New management? It used to be hood but now it's so so gross.

I am new to the area and have tried several restuarants. I DO NOT COOK AT ALL
I have taken out food from Tapatios just about every night for dinner in the last 2 weeks. The food is fantasic.
I have just put in my order for tonight and am about to go get it.
